Bob Losure

Former CNN Headline News anchor, correspondent, author, and two-time cancer survivor Bob Losure continues to be in demand in 2011 as motivational speaker, emcee, and spokesman for companies including Delta Airlines, Mercedes-Benz, RadioShack, BellSouth, OfficeMax, the IT Asset Management Association, and the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.  In recent years they’ve used his on-stage skills to interview top newsmakers including Delta C-E-O Richard Anderson, Walter Cronkite, Donald Trump, G-E Chairman Jeffrey Immelt, and political strategist James Carville.

In September, 2010, Bob traveled to Atlanta and Delta Airlines headquarters to moderate a televised 90-minute Q & A session featuring top Delta Airlines executives and over 200 Delta flight attendants.  The five-camera webcast, viewed by Delta employees in Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and L.A., was in preparation for a union vote by 20,000 Delta flight attendants worldwide.

In October, 2010, he served in three roles at the  IT Asset Management National Convention in Nashville, introducing speakers, keynoting, and doing on-camera interviews with top members of the association.  He’ll emcee the IT Asset Management Convention in October, 2011, at their next annual event in Las Vegas.

Over the past two years, Bob served as moderator of a two-hour global warming debate in Tucson for 10 chapters of the Chicago-area Young President’s Organization, and posed questions to top-selling members of the JC Bamford organization worldwide with live interviews on-stage at The Venetian in Las Vegas.  Bob’s website,, has video clips from many of his presentations, including corporate videos and ESPN voiceover work.

In 2010 he gave his 200th keynote speech on winning his personal battle against testicular cancer in a dramatic evening presentation before cancer survivors at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.   In 1985 Bob had multiple operations and sessions of chemotherapy to survive and take a seat in the anchor chair at CNN Headline News in Atlanta.   His story of never giving up has been told to some of the most prestigious cancer groups in the nation, including M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and Provena St. Joseph’s Medical Center in suburban Chicago.

During his career at CNN, Bob filed live reports from the scene of the Loma Prieta earthquake in San Francisco, Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega’s capture and return to Miami, the deadly Avianca Airliner crash on Long Island, and Nelson Mandela’s historic visit to Atlanta.

Jennifer D. Rowland

Jennifer D. Rowland is the Owner/General Manager for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Las Vegas and Reno.  Prior to acquiring New Horizons in 2006, she worked in the commercial real estate industry in Beverly Hills, CA.

Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kenny Nickelson Memorial Foundation for Homeless Veterans and Children where she received awards for Volunteer of the Year and a Congressional Commendation.  Jennifer also served on the Board of Directors for MOSTE: Motivating Our Students Through Experience from 2002 to 2008 in the capacity of Fundraising Chair, Membership Chair and Vice President.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has a degree in Sociology.

Frank Nason

Frank is the President and Corporate Broker of Residential Resources, Inc.  Frank has been in business since April 1990 originally as Efelen Marketing Services.  Then Frank established this market research, sales and marketing firm and has been involved in the creation of numerous successful single family, new construction condominiums, condo-conversion communities, planned unit developments and commercial ventures throughout Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and California.

Frank has been involved in the real estate development community for over 31 years, more than 30 in Las Vegas. His experience includes direct involvement in the development and sale of over 85 residential communities and approximately 20 commercial developments.

Frank created Residential Resources, Inc. to provide integrated research, sales, and marketing services to both residential & commercial development companies. Residential Resources utilizes market research and marketing services to provide builders, developers and on-site sales agents a competitive advantage.

Residential Resources provides these same resources and analyses to individual buyers and sellers and has been helping 1st time home buyers, investors, 2nd home buyers and commercial clients maneuver the tricky Las Vegas real estate that is dominated by bank owned and short sale transactions.

Frank is corporate broker for Residential Resources and is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and Reno-Sparks Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Frank is a Realtor, an ePro and obtained an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certificate shortly after the National Association of Realtors made it available under its auspices. Frank completed a certificate program of the Graduate Builder Institute, a joint program sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders and conducted by the Lied Institute of Real Estate at UNLV. Frank also completed a 21 hour Commercial Certificate program; another joint program with the Lied Institute and NAIOP.

Colleen Toumayan

Colleen Toumayan brings 20 years comprehensive experience in Public Relations, Management, Sales, and International Relations to her role as Founder/CEO of Toumayan Group.  For 12 years in her position at Diskeeper Corporation, she demonstrated a talent for establishing media relations and providing them with real breaking news and new technology in the IT market.  Colleen has been at the forefront of significant IT market issues such as the performance and reliability issues with new storage technologies.

Colleen holds a Master’s degree from Dominican University of California International Relations and Business School.   She lived in China for a year and studied at Oxford University.

David Perry

Global Director of Education, COMODO GROUP.

David Perry, Global Director of Education at Comodo Group, is one of the best respected and best known authorities in the world of computer viruses and malicious code. David Perry has been a featured speaker, panelist and published researcher at CES, AVAR, ISSA, CSI, COMDEX, Virus Bulletin, EICAR, RSA, Infosec London, FOSE, Infosec Moscow, AVAR, Dubtech in Dubai, and many other technical and trade conferences. He served in the national Y2K center and co chaired two meetings in the White House, concerning the protection of America’s critical digital infrastructure. David has appeared on numerous national and regional television news broadcasts, including the ABC Evening News with Peter Jennings, CBS’s Good Morning America, and NPR All Things Considered. David has been quoted on the front page of major news publications such as the New York Times and USA Today. He is often looked to as a resource by news agencies such as Reuters and Associated Press. David is a favorite interview on television, radio and numerous publications in every corner of the world.

Brad Summey

Brad is the Chief Technology Officer and Partner at the Orange Hat Group, located in Washington, DC.  Orange Hat is a new media mobilization firm that specializes in assisting non-profit, political and entertainment clients to leverage a variety of platforms to motivate their target audience to action.

With an extensive background in developing for all major web platforms, as well as a thorough understanding of user experience and user interface design, Brad oversees a talented group of developers and designers to produce bleeding-edge web and mobile applications. Brad joins the Outlook Foundation to ensure the highest quality user experience with regard to all of the Outlook Foundation’s web platforms. Brad is constantly looking for various avenues that the Outlook Foundation can use to grow, while remaining nimble to today’s ever-changing new media arena.
